Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager covering the South UK region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing existing accounts while driving revenue growth through the promotion and demonstration of RGL products to security installers across the UK. Working closely with the internal sales team and Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will support key business objectives, identify new opportunities, and strengthen customer relationships. Acting as a key liaison between the company and its clients, the role is focused on delivering excellent customer service, increasing market presence, and contributing to the overall success of the business. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop existing customer accounts across the South UK region Identify and generate new business opportunities within the security installer market Promote and demonstrate RGL products to installers, integrators, and end users Build strong relationships with customers to maximise sales growth and customer retention Work closely with the internal sales team and Sales Director to achieve company targets and objectives Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits where required Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports in a timely manner Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM systems accurately Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements Provide excellent customer service and technical support throughout the sales process Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events Achieve agreed sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals Support the launch and promotion of new products and solutions Ensure effective communication between customers and internal departments to deliver successful project outcomes
