FYNC Consulting is an authorised CAST AI global partner, helping enterprises reduce Kubernetes cloud infrastructure costs by 50% or more — with zero upfront commitment and a pay-only-when-you-save model. We are expanding our business development capacity across Indonesia and the broader APAC region and are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to own and grow our pipeline in this market. This is a pure BD role. You will focus on prospecting, outreach, relationship building, and deal closure. You do not need to deliver technical implementation — but you must be comfortable having informed conversations with CTOs, DevOps leads, and cloud engineering teams about Kubernetes infrastructure and cloud cost challenges. What You Will Do • Prospect and identify target accounts with significant Kubernetes or cloud infrastructure spend across Indonesia and APAC • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and professional networks to generate qualified leads • Run discovery calls to understand prospect cloud architecture, cost pain points, and Kubernetes footprint • Articulate the CAST AI value proposition clearly — automated cloud cost optimisation, zero risk, pay-only-when-you-save • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed engagement, coordinating with FYNC Consulting and the CAST AI regional team • Build and maintain a clean pipeline with regular deal status updates to FYNC Consulting’s CEO • Attend relevant industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities across the APAC region to build brand presence for FYNC Consulting • Identify referral partners, channel opportunities, and warm introduction pathways to accelerate deal flow Essential Requirements • Minimum 3 years of B2B business development or sales experience in a technology company — cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or managed services • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts — AWS, GCP, or Azure — and familiarity with Kubernetes or container-based environments • Proven track record of prospecting, pipeline building, and closing deals independently • Strong English communication skills — written and verbal — for professional engagement with enterprise and mid-market clients • Based in Indonesia or an APAC timezone with the ability to cover regional markets • Self-starter who can work autonomously, manage their own pipeline, and thrive in a remote, commission-driven environment Preferred Qualifications • Bahasa Indonesia proficiency for local client engagement in Indonesia • Existing network within enterprise IT, cloud engineering, CTO, or FinOps decision-maker communities in APAC • Prior exposure to cloud cost optimisation, FinOps, or Kubernetes-related solutions • Experience selling to or through channel partners, system integrators, or cloud resellers • Familiarity with CAST AI, Spot.io, Kubecost, or similar platforms is a strong advantage Compensation Structure This is a retainer plus commission contract role. Your earnings grow directly with the deals you close — there is no cap on commission. Monthly Retainer SGD 500 per month Per Deal Commission SGD 400 per deal closed Milestone Bonus SGD 1,500 upon closing 5 cumulative deals Commission Cap No cap — uncapped earning potential Example: Close 5 deals in 3 months = SGD 1,500 retainer + SGD 2,000 commission + SGD 1,500 milestone bonus = SGD 5,000 total. You will focus exclusively on FYNC Consulting’s CAST AI cloud cost optimisation practice during the contract term. Pipeline reporting, deal priorities, and client engagement will be coordinated with FYNC Consulting’s CEO. You are responsible for your own tax filings and statutory compliance as an independent contractor. Monthly invoices are to be submitted to FYNC Consulting for retainer payment.
