Position Summary:
Director of Sales & Business Development will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing the entire sales organization at Sip-Up Advertising. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build systems, recruit and develop sales talent, establish accountability, drive revenue growth, and help scale the company into new markets. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and a doer, someone who can create a sales process while actively contributing to business development and revenue generation.
