Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager | Remote | $135,000–$150,000

We’re partnering with a specialist delivering full wind site lifecycle solutions, supporting the transition of renewable assets through end-of-life and repowering phases.

As a leader in wind decommissioning and demolition, the business delivers turbine removal, infrastructure dismantlement, fiberglass recycling, and environmental restoration, returning sites to their natural state safely, efficiently, and responsibly.

This is a strategic Business Development Manager role focused on solution-led sales, with a strong flow of predominantly inbound and warm opportunities.

You’ll take ownership of opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award, playing a key role in structuring, costing, and driving margin performance across complex renewable energy projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and convert a strong pipeline of inbound and warm opportunities
• Structure and cost complex wind decommissioning and demolition projects
• Drive revenue growth while protecting and improving margins
• Build relationships with wind asset owners, operators, and energy stakeholders
• Progress opportunities from enquiry through to contract award

What we’re looking for:

• Background in wind energy or renewables (preferred)
• Experience in solution-led business development / strategic sales
• Strong commercial capability in costing, structuring, and negotiation
• Confident managing technical, project-based sales cycles
• Commercially driven with a focus on revenue and margin delivery
• Willingness to travel 25–50%
