We are building a challenger brand in a competitive market and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help accelerate growth, build market share, and establish IFIBRE as a recognised provider of broadband and mobile solutions.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a hungry, self-motivated Business Development Manager who thrives on creating opportunities, opening doors, and winning new customers.
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable operating independently, picking up the phone, creating conversations, overcoming objections, and pushing through challenges to deliver measurable results.
Initially, this role will be structured as an independent contractor position with commission-based remuneration. The successful candidate will have the flexibility of remote working while being accountable for generating real business growth.
The initial commitment is expected to be approximately 8–10 hours per week, with the potential to expand into a larger long-term opportunity as success is demonstrated.
For the right person, who proves their ability to help grow the business and deliver significant results, there is potential for a long-term partnership opportunity, including consideration for equity participation in IFIBRE.
