Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, and develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers in target markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, emails, and virtual meetings; delivering tailored presentations and proposals; and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs in cybersecurity, data recovery, and digital operations. The person in this role will track and report on sales metrics, forecast revenue, and contribute to go-to-market strategies and campaigns. They will also participate in contract negotiations, support client onboarding, and gather market feedback to inform product and service enhancements.

This position operates under a performance-based commission structure during the probationary period.
The successful candidate will earn a percentage of the revenue generated from business opportunities they personally originate and successfully close.
In addition, the company provides a monthly data allowance to support business development activities, client communications, and online outreach efforts.
Commission payments will be made in accordance with the company's commission policy and only after the company has received payment from the client.
Upon successful completion of the probationary period and subject to satisfactory performance, candidates will be considered for a revised compensation package, which will include a fixed salary component in addition to performance-based incentives.
Probationary PeriodThis position is subject to a three (3) month probationary period.
