We are looking for a Business Development Lead to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and generate new business opportunities. This is a remote, contract-based role working directly with the founder.
Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads and build a sales pipeline.
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and partnerships.
• Lead discovery calls and product presentations.
• Build relationships with schools, universities, and companies.
• Manage opportunities through the sales process and CRM.
• Support growth and go-to-market initiatives.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management.
• Proven ability to generate pipeline and close B2B deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, AI, or consulting is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation:
• Base compensation + performance-based commission.
