As a Business Development & Sales Intern , you’ll take ownership of finding the right prospects, generating leads, and driving sales across India. This is a target-based role where you’ll gain hands-on experience in how to sell a product effectively in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities Generate leads for raw and flavoured makhana across retail stores, distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, and e-commerce sellers. Identify and filter potential B2B and B2C customers who match our ideal buyer profile. Reach out to decision-makers (calls, emails, visits, online platforms). Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear targets. Assist in preparing product pitches, sales proposals, and outreach campaigns. Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets . Shadow live sales calls, client meetings, and demos to gain practical insights. What You’ll Gain Practical exposure to FMCG sales and lead generation in India.
