The role
This is a hybrid outbound and deal support role working directly with the founder.
Sales here is founder-led, and it works. Our founder runs the calls, closes at a high rate, and that's staying exactly as it is. But demand is growing faster than one person's calendar, and the opportunity now is to build a proper engine around him: more qualified calls going in, and nothing slipping through the cracks after them. That's where you come in.
Roughly 70% of your week is pipeline generation, led by LinkedIn. Our founder posts consistently and his content generates warm signals every week: post engagement, profile views, new followers, inbound DMs. You'll run that inbox in his voice, turn warm signals into conversations and conversations into booked calls, alongside targeted outbound to DTC brands that fit our ICP. You book them, the founder closes them. Over time, as you learn how we sell, you'll start taking smaller deals yourself.
The other 30% is deal support: you sit in on sales calls, take notes, own the follow-ups, draft proposals and audit prep, keep the CRM clean, and chase prospects so nothing dies in the pipeline. This is also where you get full visibility of how we sell and what closes, direct from the founder. The better you know our pitch, our proof and our pricing, the sharper your outbound gets, and the faster you move into running deals of your own.
