📈 ROLE DESCRIPTION We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our international team of talented individuals. This role focuses on identifying, onboarding, and managing IBs, nurturing long-term partnerships, and expanding the company’s reach within Malaysia and the broader Asian market. In more detail, the Business Development Executive will be responsible to: Identify, approach, recruit, and grow Introducing Brokers (IBs), with a strong focus on the Malaysian market. Build, expand, and manage your own IB network / book of business. Develop and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with new and existing IB partners. Promote Alchemy Markets’ trading platforms, liquidity, and partnership benefits to potential IBs. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements tailored to IB needs and performance targets. Monitor IB performance, optimize growth strategies, and increase trading volume and client acquisition. Provide partners with marketing materials, platform updates, and product information to support successful promotion. Conduct market research to identify high-potential partners and emerging opportunities within Malaysia and Asia. Attend relevant industry expos, events, and networking sessions to represent the company and acquire new IBs. Ensure all partner activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of partner interactions, contracts, and performance. Identify cross-selling opportunities within the Group (EMI, technology, and crypto solutions). Perform other related duties as assigned by the Direct Supervisor or Management. 🚀 WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proven experience in Partnership Management, Business Development, or IB Sales within the FX/CFD industry. Strong existing network / book of business — especially within the Asian FX community — is highly preferred. Deep understanding of FX, CFDs, IB structures, commission schemes, and partnership operations. Experience as a trader (retail or proprietary) is a strong advantage. Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills. Business fluency in English; proficiency in Malay, Mandarin, or Tamil is a plus. Ability to travel locally and internationally for meetings, expos, and events when required. Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
