Position Summary We are seeking an energetic Sales Executive to drive sales with small and mid-size pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech clients. The ideal candidate has experience selling healthcare data or marketing solutions and understands how life sciences and Bio-Tech companies engage clinicians. This quota-carrying role will position HealthLink’s HCP engagement solutions and support clients in maximizing provider data, clinical insights, and omnichannel strategies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Win new clients by presenting and selling HealthLink’s solutions. Identify opportunities through prospecting and industry contacts. Articulate product value to marketing and commercial teams. Build relationships with key stakeholders. Stay up to date on industry trends and HCP engagement strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success. Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contracts. Advise clients on data accuracy and campaign optimization. Qualifications / Requirements 5+ years of B2B sales, preferably in life sciences or healthcare marketing. Proven ability to generate leads and break into new accounts. Strong knowledge of HCP engagement and omnichannel marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms. Willingness to travel for client and company meetings as needed.
