Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the growth of Paxmeet by onboarding event hosts, communities, creators, and brand partners across different cities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in community building, events, and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and onboard event hosts, organizers, and communities
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Reach out to brands, creators, and local communities for collaborations
• Support partnership and expansion initiatives for the platform
• Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding and client servicing
Requirements
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
• Interest in startups, events, and community-driven platforms
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or partnerships is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
