Business Controller

Date: May 26, 2026 Location: Start your journey with BCD: Grow, connect, collaborate and celebrate with our global team Junior Business Controller (Remote/Hybrid) Full time, India In this role, you will support month end close activities by preparing analyses, validations, and variance explanations. You will assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and consolidation. As a Junior Business Controller, you will Prepare management and HQ reports for the European Controlling organization Produce ad hoc financial analyses and reports requested by HQ management Support cross regional and consolidation reporting for European HQ Participate in projects aimed at harmonizing reporting and processes across countries Contribute to process improvement and standardization initiatives, including automation where applicable Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems, reports, and controls Collaborate closely with the European HQ Controlling, Country Controllers in Europe (supporting role) and the India based Controlling team About you Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, or equivalent experience Initial hands‑on experience in finance, controlling, reporting, or financial analysis Basic knowledge of accounting principles Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Comfortable working with data, reports, and multiple stakeholders Strong command of spoken and written English Ability to work effectively in a cross regional, matrix organization Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and grow in an international environment What we offer you At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
