About The Role We're a Webflow design and development agency serving B2B and SaaS clients. Our delivery stack runs on a no-code foundation — Webflow, Airtable, Softr, Xano, Memberstack, n8n — and we're increasingly layering AI into everything we do, with Claude as our primary tool. We're hiring someone who blends Business/Product Analyst and Product Manager DNA — sitting at the intersection of strategy, design, and engineering. You'll take vague client problems and drive them through discovery, wireframing, documentation, build coordination, and launch. On the PM side, you'll think in roadmaps, prioritize ruthlessly, define what success looks like, and own outcomes — not just outputs. This applies to both client projects and our own internal products. This is not a role for someone learning the ropes. We need 3+ years of real BA, PM, or equivalent experience — you've scoped projects, written PRDs and SRS documents, run UAT, prioritized backlogs, handled stakeholders, and shipped things that went live. What You'll Do Discovery & Client Strategy Run discovery calls with clients. Translate business problems into clear scope, constraints, and dependencies. Write approach documents, SRS, formal proposals, and budget reports. Own stakeholder engagement and solution evaluation end-to-end. Bid on RFPs — craft well-scoped, compelling responses. Product Management Own product strategy and roadmap for both client builds and our internal products. Write PRDs, define MVP scope, and prioritize features against business goals — not just feature requests. Define success metrics for what you ship and follow up to see if they were hit. Run customer feedback loops: synthesize user interviews, support tickets, analytics into clear product decisions. Maintain backlogs. Run sprint planning. Make hard calls on what doesn't get built. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and feature decisions. Design & UX Sketch UX wireframes for Webflow designs and internal tool builds. Drive user-centred design (UCD): user research, personas, user flows, journey maps, information architecture. Prototype in Figma, Whimsical, Miro — whatever gets the idea across fastest. Run user testing before shipping. Documentation & Delivery Write user stories, flow charts, and UML diagrams that the dev team can build from without needing clarification. Coordinate with developers to ensure specs are understood and the build matches the intent. Run UAT. Maintain BA artefacts. Keep project documentation accurate and current. Systems & AI Use Claude daily as a working collaborator — for drafting specs, generating user stories, analyzing feedback, writing proposals, and automating repetitive work. Design and build internal systems: Airtable bases, Claude-powered workflows (MCP, Claude in Chrome, Cowork, Claude Code), automation pipelines that connect our stack. Treat repetitive tasks as automation candidates. If you did it twice, the third time should be a system. Research emerging no-code and AI tools, pilot the ones that matter, drop the ones that don't. Required 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or equivalent role. Freshers will not be considered. Product thinking. You've owned a product or feature end-to-end — not just gathered requirements. You can defend why something should or shouldn't ship, and you measure outcomes after launch. Communication: 8/10 or better. This role is customer-facing. You write clean emails, run discovery calls without rambling, and explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical founders. Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools. Not surface-level use — you've built workflows, used Projects, and ideally touched MCP, Claude Code, or comparable agent tooling. If you can't show us how you've used AI to actually do work, this isn't the role for you. Systems thinking. You see patterns, build repeatable processes, and document what you figure out. No-code fluency. Working knowledge of at least 2–3 of: Webflow, Airtable, Softr, Xano, Memberstack, n8n, Zapier, Figma. UX fundamentals. You can wireframe. You understand IA, user flows, UCD. You've shipped real products. Documentation discipline. PRDs, user stories, SRS, approach docs, proposals — writing is a core deliverable, not an afterthought. Preferred Prior experience as a PM at a SaaS company or as a BA/PM at a digital agency. Experience bidding on and winning RFPs. Background with SaaS or B2B clients. Familiarity with SEO, analytics (GA4, GSC), or growth tooling. How You'll Know You're a Fit You read a client brief and your first instinct is "what's the cleanest system to solve this." You'd rather spend an afternoon teaching Claude to do a task than doing it manually 20 times. You enjoy both the strategy (why are we building this?) and the detail (why is this button on the left?). You work well asynchronously, write clearly, and don't need to be chased for updates. Logistics Experience: 3+ years (strict) Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (US overlap hours) Location: Remote, India-based How To Apply Send us: Your CV with clear mention of relevant experience. One short paragraph on how you've used Claude or other AI tools to actually do work — what you built, automated, or systematized. A link or brief description of something you've shipped, written, wireframed, or documented. Skills: "business analyst",claude, wireframing, prototyping
