Position: Business Analyst – Finance & Banking Domain

Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
Work closely with technology teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions.
Conduct gap analysis, develop use cases, and support UAT and implementation phases.
Partner with financial and operations teams to enhance performance, compliance, and reporting efficiency.
Support data analysis, process re-engineering, and system integration within Banking and inancial Services (BFSI) projects.

Required Skills and Experience:

9+ years ofprofessional experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking, Financial Services,
Strongunderstanding of Core Banking, Payments, Risk, KYC, AML, or Investment Banking.
Proficiency with SQL, Agile/Scrum, JIRA, and process documentation tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks (Basel III, AML, KYC, and FATCA) is an advantage.
