🔹 About the Role

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong Retail Banking expertise to support a major Temenos Core Banking Upgrade Program in Switzerland.

The role involves analyzing banking processes, identifying business scenarios, and building a reusable test case repository to support System Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT preparation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

✔ Analyze current and future-state banking processes across:

• Deposits
• Lending
• Payments
• Customer & Account Servicing
• Regulatory & Reporting

✔ Gather and document business requirements

✔ Create and maintain structured test case repositories

✔ Define positive, negative, boundary, and exception test scenarios

✔ Support SIT, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT preparation

✔ Ensure end-to-end test coverage through process and impact analysis

✔ Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, QA teams, and implementation partners

✔ Maintain traceability matrices, coverage reports, and project documentation

🛠 Required Skills

✅ 10+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services

✅ Strong Retail Banking domain expertise

✅ Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and test scenario creation

✅ Hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT or banking transformation programs

✅ Strong understanding of banking product lifecycle and transaction flows

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio (or equivalent)

🔹 Temenos Core Banking implementation or upgrade programs

🔹 Interface testing, regression testing, and data validation

🔹 Agile or Hybrid delivery methodologies

🔹 Swiss Banking exposure

🔹 JIRA, ALM, or similar testing tools
