Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying areas for operational improvement, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. Daily tasks include analyzing business processes, proposing solutions to enhance efficiency, and presenting actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering clear reports will also be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills paired with the ability to evaluate data and identify trends and solutions
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and developing Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration between stakeholders
• Knowledge of Business Processes and process improvement methodologies
• Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Experience with relevant tools and software such as project management platforms, spreadsheets, or data analysis software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
