Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Business Challenges — Craft advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios across corporate finance, market strategy, operations, and organizational behavior Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses — complete with financial statements, strategic frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level rationales — that serve as benchmark answers for AI training Audit AI Reasoning — Evaluate AI-generated business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards Identify and Correct Flawed Reasoning — Catch errors like ignored sunk costs, miscalculated WACC, or flawed macroeconomic assumptions, and provide structured, detailed feedback that improves model performance Set the Bar for Executive AI — Ensure AI can function as a credible, sophisticated partner for real-world business decision-making at the executive level Who You Are Holder of an MBA from an accredited institution Deeply knowledgeable in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management Able to synthesize complex data and analysis into clear, executive-style written recommendations Naturally precise — you catch errors in financial formulas, data interpretation, and business logic before they cause problems Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on an async schedule No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or structured feedback systems Proficiency in data-driven tools such as Excel financial modeling, Tableau, or SQL Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge model development Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with meaningful, intellectually stimulating work High-impact contribution — your expertise shapes how AI reasons about business at the highest levels Potential for ongoing contract renewals as new projects launch
