Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Design Complex Business Challenges — Create advanced case studies, quantitative problems, and strategic scenarios across domains like DCF valuation, market entry strategy, operations bottlenecks, and cap table modeling Author Gold-Standard Solutions — Write rigorous, step-by-step responses featuring financial statements, marketing frameworks (4Ps, 5Cs, Porter's Five Forces), and executive-level strategic rationales that serve as benchmark answers for AI training Audit AI-Generated Business Content — Evaluate AI-produced business plans, financial forecasts, and case analyses for logical consistency, mathematical accuracy, and adherence to professional business standards Sharpen AI Reasoning — Identify and document flaws in AI reasoning — such as ignoring sunk costs, miscalculating WACC, or failing to account for macroeconomic variables — and provide structured, actionable feedback Work Independently — Complete task-based assignments asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core business disciplines: Finance, Marketing, Operations, or Strategic Management Able to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-style analysis and recommendations Exceptionally detail-oriented — you catch errors in financial formulas, faulty assumptions, and flawed business logic Clear and precise written communicator who can explain sophisticated concepts with confidence No prior AI or tech experience required Nice to Have Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation systems Proficiency in data-driven decision tools — Excel financial modeling, Tableau, SQL, or similar Familiarity with AI tools or large language models as an end user Why Join Us Work directly with industry-leading AI research labs on cutting-edge language models Fully remote and flexible — work when and where it suits you Freelance autonomy with the structure of meaningful, high-impact work Apply your business expertise to a domain that is actively reshaping how organizations operate Potential for ongoing work and contract extension as new projects launch
