We are looking for a strategically-minded, autonomous professional to lead AsiaLink's market engagement in Greece. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep understanding of the local business environment with international perspective and entrepreneurial drive and who has genuine knowledge of, and ideally a network within, one of our core sectors.

As Junior Partner at AsiaLink, you will represent AsiaLink locally, identify and secure collaboration opportunities, and contributes directly to strategic growth within the Maritime Sector, with a focus on marine construction materials, mainly working with Greek shipyards.

This is not a salaried position, it is a project- and performance-based role suited to professionals with an independent mindset and long-term ambition.

• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor trends, uncover opportunities, and provide actionable insights on local dynamics
• Business Development: Identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships and joint ventures
• Networking & Representation: Represent AsiaLink at local business forums, industry events, and key meetings
• Local Support: You will be supported locally by AsiaLink’s Senior Partner for the Maritime Sector
• Remote Collaboration: Work closely with AsiaLink's core team in Hong Kong and our regional coordination in Athens, with full flexibility and autonomy

• Local Expertise: Strong understanding of Greece's business, trade, and relationship-driven culture

We are in active negotiations with several renowned salvage and towing companies in Greece, as well as shipyards and road infrastructure operators. The ground is prepared, we need the right person to advance it.
