BrightSign / BSN.Cloud Technical Specialist (Remote – Europe)

InstoreX is looking for a technically skilled BrightSign / BSN.Cloud specialist to support and expand our international digital signage operations across Europe. We operate large-scale BrightSign networks within retail, fitness, hospitality and healthcare environments, and we are now looking to strengthen our technical support, maintenance and deployment capabilities.

Important: This role is focused on software, cloud management, remote operations, troubleshooting and player/network management — NOT physical AV/screen installation.

We are especially interested in candidates from Eastern Europe (Romania preferred), but we are open to remote candidates across Europe.

• BSN.Cloud

• brightAuthor:connected

• Remote troubleshooting & diagnostics

• Player provisioning & deployment

• Network diagnostics

• HTML5/widgets

• Digital signage operations

This collaboration can be:

• Freelance

Responsibilities:

• BrightSign player provisioning and deployment

• BSN.Cloud administration and monitoring

• brightAuthor:connected configuration

• Remote troubleshooting and diagnostics

• Network and connectivity troubleshooting

• Firmware and player maintenance

• HTML5/widget deployment support

• Support of large player fleets

• Escalated technical support cases

• Documentation and process optimization

Required Skills:

• Experience with BrightSign players

• Experience with BSN.Cloud and/or brightAuthor:connected

• Good understanding of networking (LAN/WiFi/VPN/firewalls)

• Experience with remote device management

• Strong technical troubleshooting mindset

• Good English communication skills

• Structured and reliable work style

Nice to Have:

• HTML5 / CSS / JavaScript

• Linux understanding

• API / scripting experience

• Digital signage industry experience

• CMS integration experience
