THE ROLE Imagine launching your own brand with the support of a powerhouse e-commerce team, turning your entrepreneurial vision into reality. As the Brand Manager, you'll have the resources, expertise, and a share of the success , making every victory a collective celebration. You’ll refine the product journey by leveraging customer insights to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and manage churn rates . At the same time, you’ll have the creative freedom to introduce products that align with the brand’s values, strategically increasing AOV to deliver maximum impact . RESPONSIBILITIES Cross-Functional Strategy Development: Collaborate with teams to create and execute strategies that enhance the brand’s online presence and drive sales growth. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the execution of digital marketing efforts, including email, social media, influencer collaborations, and online ads to capture customer attention and drive engagement. Market Research & Growth: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies for better results. Customer Experience Optimization: Work with teams to design a seamless customer experience and enhance satisfaction through data-driven improvements. Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Use tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and customer behavior, identifying areas for optimization. Creative Content Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and connects with target audiences. Campaign Monitoring & Decision-Making: Track campaign performance using key metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights. E-Commerce Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and integrate new innovations into marketing strategies. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring successful collaborations and outcomes.
