About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Brand Manager for Targeted Brands, including Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester-C, and GARD. This role involves supporting end-to-end brand management activities such as strategic planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and product initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Finance, Media, Sales, Supply Chain, Medical/Legal/Regulatory, and Insights to execute strategies that drive brand growth, optimize investments, and align with broader business objectives. This position offers flexibility with remote or hybrid work options, with a preference for candidates residing within commuting distance to our Corporate Headquarters in Bridgewater, New Jersey.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar brand management role
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Experience in branded consumer packaged goods (CPG) is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with Circana and SAP or similar enterprise systems is strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
Responsibilities
- Support annual brand planning by aggregating insights to inform strategy development
- Partner with Brand Experience teams to create marketing plans aligned with brand objectives
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Strategy teams to translate brand strategies into effective selling materials
- Manage brand budgets, including purchase order tracking, mix optimization, and monthly financial deliverables
- Oversee coupon execution processes, including code submissions, forecasting, and redemption tracking
- Lead Monthly Business Reviews by consolidating performance data, competitive insights, and results analysis
- Support GPS phasing with consumption trends, insights, and program updates
- Facilitate packaging updates and new product requests in collaboration with relevant teams
- Partner with inventory teams to monitor out-of-stock issues and reduce product write-offs
- Work with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to maintain and approve product claims and marketing content
