About The Role
The Brand Designer at Winixx plays a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of the company's brands. This individual is responsible for ensuring that Winixx Freight, fleetOS, and Baron Meddy Financial present a cohesive, professional, and distinctive look across all touchpoints. The Brand Designer will bring the brands to life through the creation of marketing assets, sales materials, event visuals, and digital experiences. This position requires a creative professional who can develop visual brand guidelines, design marketing collateral, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, marketing design, and visual systems. They will work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing technology company during a significant national expansion, with room for professional growth and development.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in brand design or graphic design
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity work, marketing design, and visual system development
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and design systems
- Excellent typographic skills and attention to visual detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in B2B, technology, or industrial brand design is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
Responsibilities
- Develop and uphold comprehensive visual brand guidelines for Winixx and its product lines
- Design marketing collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, social media assets, email templates, and event materials
- Create visual identities for new products and marketing campaigns as the portfolio expands
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce on-brand creative assets at a high frequency
- Ensure consistency of brand presentation across all external-facing materials, including sales decks and merchandise
- Design and conceptualize tradeshow and event booth experiences, along with branded materials
- Coordinate with the product design team to align branding between marketing initiatives and product interfaces
- Build and maintain a comprehensive brand asset library accessible to the entire team
