Brand & Community Operations VA

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand & Community Operations VA to support our community engagement, athlete partnerships, content operations, and brand growth. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily community engagement across Instagram and TikTok • Respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and brand mentions • Organize and maintain the UGC and content asset library • Track content performance and prepare weekly reports • Support athlete and influencer sourcing and outreach • Assist with affiliate program administration and reporting • Maintain athlete databases and race calendars • Gather customer insights and prepare monthly summaries • Provide occasional backup support for customer operations Requirements • 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Ecommerce Assistant, Community Manager, or similar role • Strong written English and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Experience with social media platforms, Shopify, Google Drive, and project management tools • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently • Interest in running, fitness, sports, or community-driven brands is an advantage What We Offer • Remote and flexible work arrangement • 20 hours per week • Direct exposure to the founder and leadership team • Genuine ownership of meaningful work • Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling international brand Technical Requirements: Equipment is self-provided USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature Working Webcam Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps Dual Monitor Benefits: Discretionary bonus - not a 13th month pay.
