Job Description This is a remote position. Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping & Administrative Assistant to support our daily financial and operational tasks. This role combines bookkeeping responsibilities with order management and customer communication. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working with numbers, systems, and customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Finance: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Prepare and send invoices Track payments and follow up on outstanding balances Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders Enter and update orders in the backend system Ensure order accuracy and timely handling Customer Communication: Respond to WhatsApp messages and customer inquiries Take and process orders via chat and online platforms Answer occasional phone calls in a professional manner Requirements Requirements Mandatory: Proven experience using QuickBooks Strong experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable Solid understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and payment tracking High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with CRMs, backend systems, and order management tools Strong written and verbal English communication skills Experience handling customer communication (WhatsApp, email, phone) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection and professional work setup Experience in e-commerce or order processing Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Customer service background Experience with multiple software platforms/integrations Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
