Job Summary We are looking for a data-driven Billing and Fraud Analyst to join our Risk team. In this role, you will be critical in protecting our revenue by monitoring our billing system, identifying fraud trends, threats, and investigating complex billing scenarios. You will transition from reactive handling to proactive prevention, significantly improving our risk management capacity. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily fraud reviews of customers and monitor performance to identify risks. Handle third-party fraud solutions (Ethoca, Verifi…) and daily alerts, refunds and credits QA, ensuring alerts are handled correctly to lower risk levels. Perform trend analysis, BIN analysis, and fraud scrjerubbing to identify and mitigate emerging fraud patterns and high risk customers. Ownership of monthly reporting and the development of enhanced reporting metrics for risk management. Assist in the setup and daily management of the Billing systems. Manage specialized tasks such as customer reviews, KYCs, compliance check and keep the policies up to date, aligned with the industry requirements. Work closely with Customer Service agents to provide analytical judgment on complex scenarios that require more than standard procedural handling. Requirements Must-Have: Experience in electronic payment fraud, risk operations, or chargeback analysis. Strong ability to apply analytical judgment to complex billing scenarios and identify inconsistencies. Working knowledge of visualization and data tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, BigQuery). A "roll up your sleeves" attitude with the ability to manage ad-hoc requests and urgent investigations effectively. Fluent spoken and written English. Nice-to-Have: Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data modeling and reporting. Interest or experience in automating repetitive tasks using AI providers or scripting.
