They are seeking a Bilingual Dental Patient Coordinator (Spanish-English) to serve as the first point of contact for patients in a fully remote, full-time role. This position is ideal for someone with a friendly personality, strong phone presence, and dental or healthcare front-desk experience. You will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, verifying dental insurance, and supporting daily administrative coordination. As the voice of the practice, you will ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported from their first call to their confirmed appointment. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and confidence in bilingual communication. Scope of Work / Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and manage high-volume phone communication Handle patient inquiries and correspondence professionally Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Confirm appointments and send reminders Perform dental insurance verification and basic claims processing Coordinate appointment schedules to optimize provider availability Provide basic front-desk administrative support Maintain accurate and organized documentation within practice systems Top 3 Priorities Dental insurance verification (dental-specific) High-volume inbound and outbound phone handling Appointment scheduling and confirmations KPIs (Success Metrics) Accurate and complete insurance verification Timely appointment confirmations Reduced missed calls Efficient scheduling coordination Professional and courteous patient communication Required Experience & Qualifications: Bilingual English/Spanish (non-negotiable) Friendly, positive, and professional personality Strong, confident phone presence Comfortable handling patient-facing communication Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, Dental Receptionist, or Medical/Healthcare Receptionist Willingness to learn and use Eaglesoft Experience with VoIP systems (Verizon VoIP or similar experience helpful, but not required) Preferred Experience Prior dental office experience Experience with dental insurance verification and claims processing Familiarity with Eaglesoft is a plus (training provided if needed) Basic requirements Must be proficient in speaking and writing English and Spanish very clearly Must have relevant work experience Be able to submit an NBI clearance and/or Local Police Clearance background check before onboarding [mandatory] Must be available for video meetings with your camera on (when needed) Technical requirements Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
