Bilingual Assistant Case Manager

Location: Remote (Colombia) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Colombia Time) Type: Contracted | Full-Time Level: Mid Level Prior legal experience working with U.S. law firms and/or domestic legal settings required. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Position Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bilingual Assistant Case Manager to support the management of U.S. personal injury cases from Colombia. You will handle document drafting, legal research, client communication in English and Spanish, and case coordination to ensure legal compliance and effective client support. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage legal documents and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Perform legal research and case-specific analysis to support case strategy. Maintain clear, empathetic communication with clients and stakeholders in English and Spanish. Coordinate case activities including scheduling, filings, and compliance checks. Identify potential case issues and collaborate with legal teams on solutions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field. Complete fluency in English and Spanish, capable of professional legal communication in both. Relevant experience in legal case management with a track record of handling complex cases. Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
