Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues Organising meetings with Vendors/OEMs/Consultants Handling correspondence directed to managers Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently Producing reports and presentations Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems Managing day to day CRM activities Requirements Desired Background Graduate, Engineering, business management or related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in similar role General Competencies Verbal and written communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. Organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple priorities and competing work demands.
