Your Role As a BI Expert, you will help turn data into clear insights and practical business recommendations that support better decision-making and commercial performance. Your work will include analyzing large and complex datasets, improving BI solutions and reporting, supporting analytical use cases, and translating business needs into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making Develop analytical use cases and business-oriented analyses, including forecasting, basket analysis, and segmentation Apply analytical and statistical methods to solve business problems and uncover growth opportunities Design, build, and improve Power BI and other BI solutions, with a strong focus on automation, optimization, and usability Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions in close cooperation with IT and other relevant teams Deliver ad hoc analyses and solve non-standard analytical requests by collecting, structuring, processing, and interpreting data Partner closely with business teams across commercial functions to understand their needs and translate them into analytical solutions Present findings, recommendations, and insights in a clear, structured, and business-friendly way to relevant stakeholders Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical processes, reporting quality, and data-driven ways of working across the organization What We Expect From You Strong analytical thinking combined with a good understanding of business context and commercial priorities Confidence in working with large volumes of data and turning analyses into simple, practical insights Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions through reporting, analysis, forecasting, or modeling A proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work on complex and non-standard problems Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications University degree (VII level) in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field such as FON, ETF, PMF, RAF, Economics, or similar 2+ years of relevant experience in BI, reporting, analytics, data analysis, or a similar role Good working knowledge of Power BI and SQL-based data environments Experience with Python and/or R is considered an advantage Experience with statistical analysis, forecasting, segmentation, clustering, or other advanced analytical methods is considered an advantage Ability to work independently on analytical problems and propose practical, business-relevant solutions Strong business acumen and understanding of how analytics can support commercial decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills Good command of English Why join us?
