**About the Company** For an International Flavour House with a subsidiary in the Benelux. **Location: Home office based Benelux** **About the Role** We are looking for the Sales Manager Beverage Flavours m/f/d. This role involves managing strategic accounts, identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver value to customers and meet revenue targets. * Develop and implement regional/global sales strategies for target markets. * Manage and grow key customer accounts in the Flavor industry. * Identify new business opportunities and drive project development. * Analyze sales performance data and adjust plans to achieve KPIs. * Collaborate with R&D, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction. * Represent us at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field; MBA – an advantage. **Required Skills** * Proven experience (min 5 years) in B2B sales, preferably with Flavours or Food Ingredients. * Experience with beverages would be an advantage. * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. * Excellent analytical thinking and business acumen. * Ability to travel internationally as required. * Fluent in Dutch, French, and English; other languages – a plus. **Preferred Skills** * Experience with beverages would be an advantage.
