Target Accounts: UA Managers, Growth Marketers, and Product Managers at Japanese hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, puzzle, and rewarded-play game studios. ------------------------------ 🎯 Key Responsibilities IAA Advertiser Acquisition: Identify and sign partnerships with Japanese game developers whose primary revenue model is IAA, convincing them to allocate UA budgets to our Offerwall. UA Solution Consulting: Pitch the unique value of Offerwall traffic (such as Multi-Reward CPE campaigns) to IAA advertisers, demonstrating how it can cost-effectively scale their daily active users (DAU). Ad-Revenue Driven Pitching: Speak the language of IAA advertisers. Effectively explain how our users can help them generate high ad-revenue loops (e.g., through rewarded video and interstitial impressions in their games). Campaign Velocity Management: Manage fast-paced campaign lifecycles. IAA games launch and test budgets quickly, requiring rapid onboarding, budget management, and immediate performance tracking. Local Ecosystem Networking: Tap into the Japanese casual and indie gaming communities by attending local events (e.g., BitSummit, Tokyo Game Show indie area) to source emerging IAA advertisers. ------------------------------ 🛡️ Job Requirements Industry Experience: 2-4 years of Sales/BD experience at an Ad Network, DSP, or Performance Agency specializing in casual games, OR experience as an In-house UA Manager at an IAA/Hyper-Casual game studio in Japan. Target Network: An active network of contacts among Japanese casual game developers, hyper-casual studios, or programmatic UA buyers. IAA Metrics Expertise: Deep understanding of the IAA ecosystem, including metrics like LTV, ROAS, CPI, eCPM, and Ad-LTV calculation. Familiarity with incentivized/rewarded traffic models is highly preferred. Language Proficiency: Japanese: Native or Bilingual level (essential to build fast rapport and trust with local Japanese studios). English: Fluent/Professional level (required for daily communication with our internal global support and tech teams).
