Bankruptcy Attorney (Remote - Georgia License Required) A multi-state law firm is seeking a Bankruptcy Attorney licensed in Georgia. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to join a team with deep expertise in representing lenders and creditors in Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy matters. The firm combines technology, efficiency, and best-in-class client service to deliver exceptional legal representation to financial institutions, investors, and commercial clients. Position Overview The Bankruptcy Attorney will represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, manage a diverse caseload, and provide strategic guidance while maintaining strong client relationships.
