By utilizing AI and cloud technologies to centralize and visualize tasks such as property proposals, customer management, and scheduling, we help real estate companies—from major corporations to local agencies—streamline their sales operations and increase their closing rates. ■ Position Backend Engineer ■ Employment Type Full-time Employee ■ Location Chuo-ku, Tokyo (Yaesu Area) Note: Full remote work is available, but candidates must reside within the Kanto region. ■ Background of Recruitment Our platform has currently been implemented by over 300 companies across more than 1,500 stores nationwide, with a rapidly increasing number of active users. The cumulative number of properties proposed on our platform has exceeded 10 million. To accelerate our transition to multi-product offerings and microservices for further business growth, we are looking for engineers who can lead the product from a technical perspective. ■ Responsibilities -You will be responsible for the end-to-end backend development (from design to operations) of our real estate DX platform. -Overall development tasks (specification adjustment, design, implementation, testing, and operations) -Design and detailed specification formulation for new features -Refactoring and improving existing designs and tests -Improving internal quality through code reviews and test code implementation -Data pipeline design -Designing logs, metrics, and traces -Identifying issues, proposing improvements, and executing measures for the development team (spanning organization, technology, and product) ■ Qualifications [Minimum Qualifications] -4+ years of web server-side development experience -Experience in web application design, development, and operations -Experience building AWS infrastructure -Experience with Ruby on Rails, or a strong willingness to learn and catch up if inexperienced [Preferred Qualifications] -Development experience using Ruby on Rails -Individuals who resonate with our product mission and want to proactively think and develop with the customer in mind -Individuals capable of developing with product scalability and future maintenance/operations in mind
