Plenitude On The Road (POTR) is looking for a motivated
Back-Office Operations & Customer Care Specialist to support our daily operations in the fast-growing electric vehicle charging industry.
You will be part of the
Germany & Austria Region (DAT), based in Germany, with occasional meetings at POTR headquarters in Italy and at regional offices in Germany and Austria.
In this role, you will contribute to customer operations, back-office processes and internal coordination with technical, operational and business development teams. You will also support project-related activities and ensure high-quality customer communication and documentation, particularly for German-speaking users.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to gain experience in customer operations, e-mobility and energy infrastructure.
The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills in German, as well as very good verbal and written skills in English. Knowledge of Italian and other European languages will be considered an advantage.

Main Responsibilities
Customer Care Coordination
- Review and improve German-language customer communications and documentation
- Monitor the performance and quality of the external customer support hotline
- Organise, monitor and coordinate end-customer activities at charging locations, and provide feedback to relevant internal departments
- Identify recurring customer issues and support continuous improvement of customer service processes
- Work closely with the Customer Care team in Milan to ensure alignment on processes, responses and service quality
Back-Office Operations
- Support customer account management and general administrative tasks
- Maintain and update data in internal systems and CRM tools
- Review and verify invoices from Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and electricity suppliers
- Assist with financial processes, including processing purchase orders in SAP, invoice validation, and basic financial analysis, in coordination with internal teams
- Support project coordination and process improvement by maintaining project data in Monday.com, tracking progress, and optimising workflows and documentation
Skills And Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent training)
- Experience in customer operations, administration, financial support, or project coordination is an advantage
- Experience with SAP for invoice verification is an advantage
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) is a plus
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems is beneficial
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Interest in financial monitoring and analysis Interest in e mobility, EV charging infrastructure, or the energy sector
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams and stakeholders
