We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Lead Generation Specialist / SDR based in Egypt to help us generate qualified meetings with e-commerce brands. Job Description This is a remote freelance role designed for someone who is independent, ambitious, and motivated by performance-based earnings. You will work on your own schedule and manage your own time, but you will be expected to communicate with leads, follow up, handle replies, and book meetings during hours that align with North American business time when needed. Your main responsibility will be to generate qualified leads, manage outbound outreach, handle replies, call prospects when necessary, and book qualified meetings with decision-makers. This role is ideal for someone who wants flexibility, but also wants the opportunity to earn significantly more based on results. Key Responsibilities Manage cold email campaigns and outbound lead generation efforts Manage inbox replies and convert interested leads into booked appointments Call leads when needed to book, qualify, or confirm meetings Identify high-value e-commerce brands and decision-makers Qualify leads based on our criteria before booking meetings Maintain accurate records of leads, replies, meetings, and performance Follow up with prospects consistently to maximize booked calls Collaborate with the Livano team to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy Own your results and continuously improve your performance Compensation This is a freelance, performance-based role with a monthly base salary and strong upside. Base salary: $300 USD per month per qualified meeting that shows up: $40 USD Commission on closed deals: 10% of deal value Expected minimum earnings: $1,600 USD per month Top performers can earn significantly more through meeting bonuses and commissions from closed deals. Performance Expectations This is a results-driven role. You are expected to generate enough qualified opportunities to earn at least $1,200 USD per month for yourself through the base salary, meeting bonuses, and commissions. Consistent underperformance, lack of activity, poor follow-up, or failure to generate qualified meetings may result in termination. We provide the systems, scripts, guidance, and offer structure, but the role requires someone who can take ownership and produce results without constant supervision. Requirements Strong written and spoken English Experience with cold email, phone follow-ups, or CRM tools Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and decision-makers Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently as a freelancer Motivated by performance, bonuses, and commissions Able to work flexible hours while still being available during key North American business hours when needed Experience with e-commerce, Shopify brands, agencies, or marketing services is a strong plus Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who wants flexibility but still takes performance seriously.
