Job Description This is a remote position. Boogie is looking for a confident, proactive, and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to support outbound sales efforts and help grow the company’s client base across the United States. This role focuses on reaching out to business owners, founders, office managers, and operators to introduce Boogie’s remote staffing and business support solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cold outreach, skilled at identifying business pain points, and able to clearly communicate how remote talent can support operational growth. This role requires consistency, resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage daily sales activity independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct daily outbound calls to businesses across different U.S.-based industries • Introduce Boogie’s remote staffing and business support solutions to potential clients • Qualify leads by identifying company needs, operational pain points, and decision-making timelines • Book qualified discovery calls with management or close potential clients directly when applicable • Follow up consistently with leads, prospects, and decision-makers through phone, email, or messaging • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales notes, lead status updates, and follow-up activity • Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to understand client needs and support successful placements • Contribute feedback to improve outreach scripts, sales processes, and lead generation strategies • Meet weekly outreach, appointment-setting, and sales performance KPIs • Support sales efforts across industries such as home improvement, construction, real estate, law firms, healthcare, insurance, travel agencies, e-commerce, marketing agencies, and service-based businesses Requirements • Previous experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, SDR work, telemarketing, cold calling, or lead generation • Strong spoken and written English communication skills • Confident, professional, and persuasive on phone and video calls • Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking with business owners or decision-makers • Strong ability to identify pain points and communicate value clearly • Organized, self-managed, and consistent with follow-ups • High-energy personality with a positive and resilient attitude • Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and remain consistent with daily outreach • Comfortable working remotely and managing daily sales activity independently • Experience using CRMs to track leads, notes, pipelines, and follow-ups is preferred • Background selling staffing, outsourcing, recruitment, remote talent, or business services is preferred • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or business owners is preferred • Strong understanding of business operations, support roles, and common scaling challenges is preferred • Ability to help improve sales scripts, outreach messaging, and sales workflows is preferred • Prior experience meeting appointment-setting, lead generation, or sales quota targets is preferred
