Azure Cloud Eng/Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Security Engineer to help secure, automate, and support multi-cloud environments with an emphasis on Azure. This role combines Cloud Security, DevOps, Customer Success, and Product Collaboration in a fast-paced startup environment.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and passionate about cloud technologies, automation, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and secure cloud infrastructure across clouds with an emphasis on Azure.
• Serve as a cloud security subject matter expert for customers and internal teams.
• Implement and automate security controls, monitoring, and compliance processes.
• Support customer onboarding, technical demonstrations, and solution adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance security capabilities.
• Identify, investigate, and remediate security vulnerabilities and incidents.
• Develop security standards, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Research emerging cloud and security technologies.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Very strong communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in Cloud Security, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and multi-cloud experience preferred with emphasis on Azure.
• Strong understanding of:

Cloud Security Architecture

Networking and Security Fundamentals

Kubernetes, Docker, and Container Security

IAM, SSO, and RBAC

• Proficiency in Python and Bash/Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with cloud consoles, CLI tools, APIs, and infrastructure automation.
• Working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Ability to work directly with customers and drive successful outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a startup or fast paced environment.

Required Certification (Any One):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• Salary: ₹12–18 LPA (based on experience, skills, and overall fit)
