Automotive Upgrade Mechanic Specialist

Location : Malaysia (WFH)   Job Objective: Responsible for mastering the installation of automotive upgrade kits and serving as the main trainer and technical support for company partners. This role combines hands-on mechanical expertise with the ability to guide, train, and troubleshoot installation processes to ensure consistent, high-quality standards.   Key Responsibilities: 1.     Learn and master the installation of aftermarket exterior body kits and interior upgrade components to company standards. 2.     Travel to partners across Malaysia and Indonesia to conduct training on proper installation techniques for both exterior and interior upgrades. 3.     Act as the main point of contact for technical support, managing troubleshooting chats and assisting partners with installation issues. 4.     Diagnose problems remotely and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to ensure successful installation. 5.     Perform and demonstrate correct removal, installation, and alignment of components (bumpers, spoilers, side skirts, dashboards, panels, etc.) when required. 6.     Guide partners on wiring integration for interior and exterior electronic upgrades (e.g., lighting kits). 7.     Ensure all installations meet quality standards with proper fitment and zero damage. 8.     Maintain proper documentation, communication, and follow-ups with partners regarding technical issues and resolutions.   Requirements : 1.     Proven experience in automotive installation / modification 2.     Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality 3.     Ability to work independently and in a team 4.     Good problem-solving skills 5.     Able to communicate in English and Chinese   Salary : 3100 – 5200 MYR
