The Role As an Automotive Parts Advisor at Fixxr, you'll be the key liaison between our mechanic partners and automotive parts suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the precise and timely procurement of automotive parts. By ensuring a seamless flow of the right components, you play a pivotal role in promoting service efficiency and customer satisfaction at Fixxr. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate repair estimates, which encompass parts and labour. • Order essential parts from suppliers, assuring prompt delivery. • Offer insights into automotive-related inquiries. • Assist our field technicians in fulfilling their requirements. • Utilize Zoho CRM and other tools for effective tracking, management, and forecasting. • Collaborate with teams to enhance and automate business processes. • Handle communications adeptly, manage conflicts, and always guarantee positive partner and customer interactions.
