Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Auto Transport Freight Broker (Sales & Logistics). The role involves managing freight brokerage activities, including negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and handling logistics. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, overseeing the scheduling and dispatching of drivers, and ensuring accurate account management. The role also requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to successfully manage shipment inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Expertise in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage practices is a plus. Strong skills in Customer Service with a focus on client communication and satisfaction. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the auto transport industry is a plus Previous experience in sales or logistics roles is highly regarded **English is a must**
