World Wide Technology operates at scale — across sites, teams, and time zones. The Operations Analyst for Multisite Operations sits at the intersection of execution and development. You take what's happening in the field, translate it into clear requirements for our application developers, and drive the process and tooling improvements that make operations faster, smarter, and more consistent. This role owns the full requirements lifecycle — from discovery conversations with site teams to handoff, testing, and deployment validation. Beyond requirements, you lead data rationalization across operational systems, build analytics that surface what actually matters, and identify where processes can be simplified or eliminated. What You'll Do: Requirements & development partnership Gather and document operational requirements from multisite execution teams through structured discovery — interviews, observation, and workflow analysis. Translate field needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for application developers. Own the requirements lifecycle from discovery through development handoff, UAT coordination, and deployment validation. Serve as the ongoing liaison between operational stakeholders and technical teams — translating business context for developers and surfacing technical constraints back to operations. Process improvement Map current-state workflows across sites to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and non-standard practices. Design and implement streamlined future-state processes, ensuring consistency across the multisite footprint. Build playbooks, SOPs, and training materials that make process changes stick. Partner with site leaders to validate improvements before broad rollout and track adoption post-launch. Data rationalization Assess the operational data landscape — identify redundant, conflicting, or ungoverned data sources across sites and systems. Define data standards and consolidation strategies, and work with developers and data teams to implement them. Ensure operational data is reliable, consistent, and accessible to the teams who need it. Analytics & quality Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports that surface KPIs, trends, and performance gaps across the multisite network. Define and track quality metrics; own root cause analysis when gaps are identified and drive corrective action. Deliver regular reporting to operations leadership with clear, actionable insights — not just data. Tooling Evaluate existing tools and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement. Write functional requirements for new tool capabilities; coordinate with developers on configuration, testing, and rollout. Drive adoption of tools across sites through training, documentation, and change management support.
