About this opportunity We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the ANZ clinical team. The position is responsible for clinical liaison and support activities for general dentists and orthodontists who are Invisalign Providers or owners of an iTero scanner. The position is responsible for driving clinical confidence through one-on-one support and guidance and through the delivery of educational events. The position will be responsible for delivering an excellent clinical customer experience for all Invisalign Providers engaged with during day-to-day interactions. This position is fully remote, will be based in Victoria, and reports to the Manager, Clinical Support ANZ. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will… · Be responsible for improving clinical confidence through activities such as training and education, ongoing clinical support with all aspects of the ClinCheck process. · Be responsible for the delivery of initial and ongoing training to doctors and practices who have purchased an iTero scanner. · Assist, support and take ownership of the execution of clinical education events that are planned in alignment with the Align Technology education pathway. Events may include workshops, study clubs and training courses. · Be an avid learner who effectively articulates product specific selling messages and can provide in-person (in-field) and remote support to customers. · Provide feedback and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a positive customer experience for all Invisalign Providers. · Be responsible for delivering clinical touchpoints required for customers participating in Align programs (e.g., Drs with high potential for growth, Drs who have recently become Invisalign providers) · Work with practices to implement key elements of the Align Digital Workflow, this could be software tools or use of applications that help streamline practice activities · Be responsible for hosting and moderating online webinars and calls. · Be flexible to travel to provide in-field support for customers. · Be proactive in researching new industry trends and technologies. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise In this role, you’ll need … · Ability to independently manage own priorities and work autonomously · Strong collaboration skills to work with sales team to determine clinical needs of customers · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills · To be highly motivated, commercially adept, articulate, and confident · Tertiary education highly advantageous · 2-3 years’ experience in the dental industry, as an Oral Health Therapist or similar; ideally with some experience in orthodontics or with the Invisalign System, · Have a keen interest in education and a demonstrated ability to learn technical information · Willingness to travel to deliver in-field support for customers; on occasion you will be required to work outside of standard working hours · Experience working in both in-person and in virtual team environments · Strong skills across Windows applications
