Associate Administrative Specialist

We are actively recruiting a remote Associate Administrative Specialist.

The right applicant will have a strong grasp of English and is not required to have a technical background. This entry-level opportunity provides comprehensive training in the analysis and verification of technical profiles, along with the chance to be part of a global team.

Responsibilities

• Assess candidate profiles to pinpoint leading IT specialists for initial talks with recruiters
• Make productive use of in-house tools, platforms, and documentation
• Support the growth and strengthening of the company's brand values

Requirements

• Solid English skills (B2+ level)
• At least 6 months of background in administrative roles, sales, talent acquisition research, or a related area
• Confident with MS Office Suite
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw conclusions from past situations
• Self-motivated and adaptable in the face of business changes
• Capable of setting priorities, juggling multiple tasks, and respecting deadlines
