Considering MSP target / P&L to generate yearly/quarterly/monthly plan. Consolidate MSP resource and sales need to build a precise NPD plan for MPD. Based on category focus and distributor’s sell-out, closely work with BPM&CSM to build the each distributor’s expansion guidance and market development.
