Join Alpha Hub, a bold fintech platform revolutionizing how private capital is raised, managed, and traded. As a subsidiary of Konzortia Capital, we’re building a real-time private markets ecosystem—from capital formation tools to secondary trading infrastructure.

We’re looking for an Executive Business Partner to work directly with our CEO, supporting investor communications, capital-raising strategy, and day-to-day operations. This is not an assistant role—it’s a strategic position for someone ready to lead, coordinate, and build investor trust at scale.

💼 What You'll Do

✔️ Be the CEO’s strategic right hand

✔️ Lead investor engagement, follow-ups, data room coordination, and update cycles

✔️ Drive project management and team accountability (via Jira or similar tools)

✔️ Help manage capital raise operations across VC, PE, and Family Office channels

✔️ Build and nurture strategic relationships with investors, stakeholders, and partners

✔️ Collaborate cross-functionally with analysts, marketers, and legal advisors

✔️ Represent Alpha Hub in external meetings and investor events (virtual & live)

⚙️ Your Profile

✅ 1+ years in investor relations, fundraising, VC/PE operations, or high-level EA roles

✅ Confident in engaging with institutional investors, HNWIs, and family offices

✅ Sharp communicator, detail-obsessed, and highly proactive

✅ Comfortable working remotely and taking ownership from day one

✅ Jira, Notion, CRM, GSuite experience preferred

✅ English required | Spanish a plus

💼 Post 6 Months: Full-time paid contract + equity + bonuses

✈️ Includes periodic travel to Costa Rica HQ for on-site work and investor events
