Asset Management — Expert AI Trainer (US)

About this role: You will understand AI reasoning in institutional asset management by translating investment processes into AI-readable logic. By iteratively comparing human and machine judgements across asset classes, you will gain hands-on experience at how to use AI models that are changing research, portfolio construction and client communication. What we're looking for: 4+ years of experience at a major long-only institutional manager (e.g., BlackRock, Vanguard, Fidelity, Capital Group, T. Rowe Price, Wellington Management, PIMCO, MFS Investment Management, Neuberger Berman, Jennison Associates, Artisan Partners) (Senior Research) Analyst or Portfolio Manager level Deep expertise in equities, fixed income, or multi-asset portfolio management Experience conducting fundamental analysis, writing investment commentary, and engaging with company management or issuers Familiarity with client reporting, risk attribution, and investment policy constraints Project Info (Requirements): Commitment: 15+ hours/week, flexible scheduling Location: Remote globally Compensation: Hourly rate depending on experience Start date: Immediate / Rolling
