Asset Management Analyst — U.S. Multifamily Real Estate Private Equity (India-based, Remote)
A U.S.-based multifamily real estate private equity firm operating in joint venture structures with institutional equity partners, is hiring for an Asset Management Analyst — India-based and fully remote, working directly with senior leadership on live portfolio activity. This is a high-ownership position, not support or maintenance function, and requires candidates with genuine principal-side real estate experience supporting owner/operator or sponsor-side investment decisions.
The Asset Management Analyst role requires 2–6 years of experience embedded with a U.S. multifamily owner, operator, or KPO serving operators, with hands-on Yardi Voyager use, monthly close and budget-vs-actual variance analysis, NOI reporting, and investor reporting to institutional or JV partners. For both roles, backgrounds from REPE sponsors, multifamily operator teams, or KPO practices exclusively serving U.S. multifamily sponsors or owners are strongly preferred. Candidates with Power BI, dashboard automation, ARGUS, CoStar, or CFA/FMVA credentials are particularly competitive.
