As a private company, we have the flexibility to thoughtfully build our service in partnership with the Deaf community. Every week, we incorporate feedback and insights from both our users and interpreters to refine existing features and introduce new innovations. As a result, BondVRS users now benefit from features such as closed captions for all VRS calls, the ability to share context with interpreters before a call begins, and one-click access to invite Bond interpreters into external video conferencing platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, and FaceTime. Our greatest differentiator is our exceptional team of passionate, highly skilled American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters who bring our mission to life every day. In addition to delivering outstanding interpretation services, our interpreters play an active role in shaping the future of the platform.
